Refund policy
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
- Please email whsevenuae@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
- Our shipment agent will call you to arrange for the pickup
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If the item is in like new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color, subject for paying the net price. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 7 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Requirements that must be met before a return can be processed:
- The wrong product was sent by W7.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The product is tampered.
- The product did not match the description on the Website.
Cancellation
The expected time span for the reporting of an item, goods or services ordered to be canceled/replaced and the related conditions is within 2 days.
The conditions under which cancellation & replacement will be allowed.
